Job Summary:

As an Affiliate Manager, you will be responsible for driving growth and managing relationships within our affiliate marketing program. You will actively develop and maintain partnerships, ensuring consistent traffic flow and optimizing affiliate performance. The ideal candidate will have a thorough understanding of affiliate marketing, preferably within the online gambling industry, and possess strong negotiation, relationship management, and data analysis skills. You will work closely with the marketing team to ensure affiliate campaigns align with broader company goals and maximize ROI.

Key Responsibilities:

Affiliate Acquisition & Retention: 

• Identify, recruit, and manage a portfolio of affiliate partners to increase traffic and player conversions. 
• Build strong, long-term relationships with affiliates to encourage loyalty and retention.

Performance Monitoring & Reporting: 

• Monitor and analyze affiliate performance, campaign results, and KPIs such as conversions, traffic, and player values. 
• Generate reports to assess the effectiveness of campaigns and provide actionable insights for optimization.

Affiliate Campaign Management: 

• Collaborate with the internal marketing team to create, execute, and manage affiliate marketing campaigns in alignment with company-wide promotions. 
• Ensure timely delivery and optimization of campaigns.

Negotiation & Contract Management: 

• Negotiate commission structures, contracts, and payment terms with affiliates. 
• Ensure that agreements maximize business profitability while maintaining competitive offerings.

Affiliate Program Development: 

• Contribute to the ongoing development of the affiliate program by identifying new opportunities and strategies for growth.
• Implement best practices and explore emerging trends in affiliate marketing.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in affiliate marketing, ideally within the iGaming or online casino industry.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing concepts, particularly performance marketing and CPA networks.
• Strong negotiation skills and ability to manage contracts effectively.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain lasting affiliate relationships.
• Proficiency in using data analytics tools to track, evaluate, and optimize campaign performance.
• Self-motivated, organized, and able to work independently as well as in collaboration with other teams.
