On behalf of our client, Zito Luks SA Skopje a leading company in Macedonia, specializing in the production and sale of traditional and specialty bread, flour, biscuits, wheat germs, and other bakery products, DEKRA is looking for:

  • HR Generalist

JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Serve as the first point of contact for employee concerns and workplace issues;
  • Foster positive labor-management relationships and promote a culture of respect, teamwork, and safety;
  • Support employee engagement initiatives, including recognition programs and social activities;
  • Organize training programs for food safety, workplace safety, machine operation, and compliance with hygiene standards;
  • Develop employee skill development initiatives and support career growth opportunities;
  • Maintain training records and ensure compliance with industry-specific certifications;
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, health & safety regulations, and food industry standards;
  • Assist in implementing and updating HR policies and employee handbooks tailored to production needs;
  • Support audits and inspections by regulatory authorities;
  • Support supervisors in performance appraisal processes;
  • Track employee productivity and address absenteeism or disciplinary issues fairly and effectively;
  • Recommend initiatives for retention and workforce stability;
  • Coordinate the full-cycle recruitment process for production line workers, technical staff, drivers, and office roles;
  • Develop job postings, screen candidates, conduct interviews, and manage onboarding processes;
  • Partner with production managers to forecast staffing needs and reduce turnover
  • Manage HR records, contracts, and employee files in compliance with legal requirements;
  • Oversee attendance, leave, and payroll data input in collaboration with the Finance team;
  • Prepare HR-related reports and metrics for management.

 

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Law, Business Administration, or a related field;
  • 1–3 years of experience in HR, preferably within a manufacturing or food production environment;
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and conflict resolution skills;
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced production setting;
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail;
  • Proactive problem-solving and decision-making.
