On behalf of our client, Zito Luks SA Skopje a leading company in Macedonia, specializing in the production and sale of traditional and specialty bread, flour, biscuits, wheat germs, and other bakery products, DEKRA is looking for:

  • Office & HR Coordinator 

JOB DESCRIPTION:

  • Manage office administration, including archiving and document control;
  • Handle official documentation and company stamps;
  • Organize and schedule meeting, appointments and internal coordination;
  • Ensure smooth day-to-day office operations;
  • Oversee office supplies, materials, water and workplace hygiene standards;
  • Support performance management processes;
  • Assist with HR administration and employee documentation;
  • Provide coordination and support across HR activities and initiatives;
  • Contribute to maintaining organized and efficient HR processes.

 

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Previous experience in administration and/or HR is considered an advantage;
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills;
  • Strong attention to detail and sense of responsibility;
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills;
  • High level of discretion and confidentiality.
