RECRUITER WITH GERMAN LANGUAGE SKILLS

Our client is a customer care company, a market leader in the field of premium client services. In order to expand their team in Skopje, we are looking for :

• RECRUITER WITH GERMAN LANGUAGE SKILLS

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Follows the Recruitment/Sourcing Strategies set;
• Pre-select possible candidates that fit in each program’s profile;
• Asses candidates according to programs’ needs;
• Plan interview and selection procedures, including screening calls, initial assessments and interviews;
• Coordinate with HR manager to identify staffing needs;
• Promote and manage the Referral Program;
• Support all activities related to recruitment and selection in order to achieve the department’s goals;
• Execute other lawful tasks delegated by his/her manager and in correspondence with his/her qualifications.

QUALIFICATIONS

• University degree (Psychology, Human Resources Management, Business Administration or relevant);
• One (1) year of recruitment experience;
• Excellent knowledge of German and English language in written and verbal.
